Greetings, my name is Ralph Henley, and I am currently the 11th Grade Assistant Principal at Manor High School. I am proud to say I have served as Assistant Principal at all the schools along the Decker Corridor—Decker Elementary, Oak Meadows Elementary, and Decker Middle School. These experiences have allowed me to build strong, lasting relationships with students, staff, and families across a wide range of grade levels.

As a proud resident of Manor, I am deeply committed to the success of our students and the broader community. All three of my children are products of Manor ISD and have gone on to use the skills afforded them by the Manor ISD community to graduate college and persue their dreams.

My mission is to help students become productive members of society by preparing them with the skills and opportunities needed to earn a livable wage and thrive beyond high school.

I believe in fostering safe, supportive, and high-expectation environments where students are empowered to grow, lead, and achieve their full potential.
